DeArmond ASHBORY BASS GUITAR

Featuring the patented Ashworth transducer, silicone robber strings, 18-inch fretless scale length and a super light-weight body, the Ashbory bass captures the growl of an upright and the punch of a standard electric bass. It is perfect for travel, an essential for recording and a treat to play live. A sturdy, spceially-designed gigbag is included.

The original "dog bone" style basses have been produced as the DeArmond Ashbory Bass, Ashbory by Fender, and the Guild Ashbory Bass. New rubber strings and basses are available under Fender and DeArmond brand by Fender Musical Instrument Corporation. The sound is more similar to an upright bass than a bass guitar.
